There used to be coal mining operations in Nordegg. When I saw this I thought it was just a shack. A quick look inside shows an engine of some kind. I fully expected this to be vandalized or stripped when I checked it out. Now I am thinking it may have been a pumphouse of some kind.
That little shed was built really well. Is that an exhaust pipe on the outside of the door? Good find!
