St. Anne's Church and Cemetery

Visited April 14, 2017. This is in a very rural area southeast of Medicine Hat, Alberta.

The dates on the marker are 1896 - 1912. Alberta was not a province until 1905 so this area was known under a different name at the time.

  1. And just when I thought I'd seen them all (around here). Nice find.

  2. Some people think the prairie is lonesome, I don't.

    1. I think it is a matter of time and place. Spots can evoke feelings of loneliness and isolation on one day. On another day with brilliant morning sun you can feel something else entirely.
