The colored photograph says: "Here's a nice fixer-upper"; the black and white is just depressing.
They always look so much more vintage in B & W.
It does look older in b&w...
Usually I prefer color, but in this case the B&W is the bomb.
The fence looks to be in good repair, but the same can't be said for the building.
