Various thoughts and travels
You would think a Keurig would last longer than eight months.
Sounds like GROUNDS for a lawsuit to me!
Would you prefer flowers or a donation to a good cause? (I think, if you were to contact Keurig directly, they might just replace it....they did for one of ours)
They are cheap. I bought another one.
8 months? That's not long... I just bought a Keurig..
Quality is going to the dogs everywhere.
I have one of the originals that is still plugging along. My BIL bought his first about 10 years ago. He is now on his 4th or 5th. I replaced a thermal fuse in one that got it by another year. They are using cheap electronics that have a high failure rate.
Ahh man! Emergency run to Walmart to secure another coffee maker! I could not live as nice a man with out my morning coffee. Only thing that civilizes me...
Immediately replaced. I need my coffee.
In have one that was given to me when it stopped working. About every six months it stops discharging water (clogs). I just apply some compressed air to the inlet below the water tank and blow the clog on through. You will empty the heater tank in the process, so be sure you are prepared for all the water coming out so you don't have a mess. The other thing is the needle that goes into the bottom of the pos will sometimes clog and will need to be cleaned out.
Make that POD, not pos. OOPS!
Don't throw it away! All Keurig's clog up and can be easily fixed. Just google or You Tube it! I've fixed mine, and I am NOT mechanically inclined whatsoever!
