My imagination carries me to a place that tells me a story of a family exhausted and happy to have finally finished their new home on this lonely stretch of prairie...but it's theirs...and they have room for more babies...running in the tall grasses laughter in the air. To grow, through the sunshine of the day, the cold of winter, the plowing of the fields...Hopes and dreams. That is what I see when looking at your photos.
The abandoned farmhouse first came to life in 1910 and served as home for Rasmus and Nora Lunseth where they raised their five children Iver, Wilma, Carl Stanford and Lloyd.
