Our national symbol is an oversized rodent

I have been experimenting uploading a few of my own video clips to this site. The clip is of a beaver in a pond within Drayton Valley, Alberta limits. The clip was taken June 12, 2014. The beaver really did not care that I was observing him. It had swam around its pond twice before I was able to get a video clip on the third go around. I had to snap my fingers a few times to get it to slap its tail and dive under. It was likely not too concerned about people as the dam is right by a highway and a town is just on the other side of the pond.
