Seeing the sights in Saskatchewan

Got a little busy with work and personal stuff so posting took a hit. Managed to get an unconditional offer for mom’s condo and took it. Closing is in August. We did a little better than breaking even. Others in the building have recently sold their units at a loss. No one really wants a condo in the town where mom lives.

I grabbed the opportunity to take a quick road trip. It is horribly smoky from forest fires in British Columbia and Alberta wherever I have travelled today and it is bad enough to the point where my eyes have been very irritated a few times today. Regardless it is still good to get out.

  2. You said in prior post you were thinking of taking some time off. Now might be a good time since you got some big things out of the way.

  3. Interesting shot with the late afternoon sun and barbed wire! Glad the condo sold.

  4. Very glad the condo is sold - one less thing to cause you stress. So sorry about the smoke - we've had a number of days here when we've had to keep the windows closed and stay indoors, despite not having any wildfires in close proximity. The prevailing winds carry it here.
