Takakkaw Falls September 28, 2019

One of my favourite spots in British Columbia. This is about thirteen kilometres from Field off the Trans Canada Highway in Yoho National Park.

You can see the frost on the rock on either side of the falls.

There is a bridge where you can cross and get right to the base of the falls.

Up close. The falls are fed from a glacier.

  1. I love Takakkaw Falls! I remember having a snowball fight on the road to the falls in July one year.

  2. That's very nice, I put it on my list/map in case I am up that way.
