How to easily fix mechanical problems on a 2012 Kia

Buy a different vehicle. The Kia needed brakes and some other work. While driving by a car lot I saw a 2010 Ford Ranger 4.0l V6 2WD with under 75,000km on it. So I bought it.

There is nothing really wrong with the Kia and I plan on doing the repairs at a later date. For the time being I just wanted something different. The truck is definitely better suited for the back roads in Alberta.

  2. Yes, it will handle roads the Kia should not.

  3. Isn't the Ranger a Mazda drive train? They seem to be durable vehicles.

    1. I do not know if they do. I know years ago Mazda/Ford shared a lot with the small trucks. Mazda does not sell small pickups in Canada these days.

  4. Hey! My truck is just about the same. Yours is two years newer and has a different grille. Mine has been a good truck.

  5. Looks like a great buy (not that I know anything whatsoever about trucks but it's blue and that makes it perfect in my books).

  6. The quintessential "old man" truck. Just missing the topper and stickers.

    1. Really nice. I never put stickers on anything I own. I wanted something plain and I got it. Curious what you drive.
