A friend and I took a day trip through Banff National Park on Saturday January 23, 2016. On one roadside stop I had a curious visitor. It decided that a limit of ten feet was being friendly enough.
I tried to. It was interested. I think if I had a spare hour I could have got a lot closer, it seemed fairly tame. We had to run to make the best use of the light for further photos.
Great photos! Always wanted one for a pet - smart birds! Did you feed him?
