Welcome to December in Alberta, LOL!
Far too many security lights most places in Iowa for it to be that dark. No matter which direction you look, pinpoints of light. And the glow of towns in the distance. I bet the stars are glorious up there.
This post was a little tongue-in-cheek. This time of year it gets dark before 5:00pm.
