I ran across this before a few years ago and posted it. I saw it again on August 9, 2020. It is still standing tall. The design shows that it was one of those houses you could order from a catalogue years ago.
This is south of Wilkie, Saskatchewan.
A Sears house? Nice!
ReplyDeleteEaton's. Sears homes in Canada are uncommon.
DeleteThat's a nice find!
ReplyDeleteInteresting design - almost has a barn influence, or quite possibly European.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great find! I was curious about what this roof design was called so I looked it up. It's called a double gambrel roof.
ReplyDeleteMy grandparents home, where my mother was raised. So nice to see it was still standing in 2020.
