A remote spot in southern Alberta that is still in use. If you type "Bowville Cemetery" into Google Maps it will show you where it is. It does for me.
I do not like the windmills in the background. You would think with a rural spot like this you would be able to rest in peace without civilization encroaching. Parts of my province are becoming littered with windmills. To me they do nothing for the prairie aesthetic.
I find this touching.
Most of the graves and markers are in good shape. These seems to be the only exceptions.
Such a lovely little chapel. I can think of no better tribute to a deceased spouse.
