Lest we forget

Found in a very overgrown cemetery at Cessford, Alberta. They should not be forgotten.

  1. A tiny, overgrown Field of Honour, but a Field of Honour nonetheless.

  2. It's sad to see a neglected cemetery. A good reminder that we could do our part with upkeep.

  3. That must be a marker for a WW2 soldier. Most of the stones I see from the first world war were shabbily made and crumbling away. One wonders where the love of God goes when you see stones like that.
