It looks so cold and lonely...
I can see living in a cabin like that. The peace and quiet, the surrounding scenery, maybe even a small garden when it was occupied. It appeals to my inner hermit. :)
And a couple of apple trees. Out there on the plains they'll get enough chill to set good crops.
