Put a new frame under it with a LS drivetrain and modern A arm suspension. Repair any rust and Black chrome all of the chrome and stainless. Paint it a beach sand color and put black chrome slot wheels on it. A light charcoal colored oak bed floor to round it out. I just dropped $80-100K on it.
Ain't no luggage rack on a hearse, BW. Just sayin. Besides, if'n yer handy with a wrench resurrection ain't all that spendy. My SBC/4 speed all steel T bucket on a hotrod chassis's only got about $3000 in it. Worth every dime on a nice day, too. If I'm not mistaken, that's a mid to late 40s International. Possibly a KB series.
It saddens me to see old pick ups not working... if the crunch of no chips an aluminum goes we will see this back on the road.
ReplyDeleteWe're screwin 'em together as fast as we can, Ced! :)
DeleteIt's sitting in it's own display box.
