I had never been to this before. My
brother-in-law was on a dragon boat team that represented Kids Cancer Care. The
events took place on the weekend of August 16, 2014. There were a total of
fifty-nine registered teams with twenty people on each team. The races took place on the Glenmore Reservoir
in Calgary. The weather for the Saturday races was a bit foggy, Sunday the weather
was much better.
