Seeing the tracks not being used is such a shame. Here in Ontario a ton of the tracks were removed years ago in the name of 'progress' and now, guess what, they're coming to rue the day. There's such a shortage of truck drivers now and goods can't be moved without them and suddenly the railway is looking like a good thing. Too late smart, as usual.
That appears to be a working elevator. The tracks, however don't look too used...
