I managed going downstairs, well, only eight stairs, yesterday. I was damn nervous.
I did it and proved I can do it. I had a little video taken and wanted to post it but I cannot get it to work.
In the meantime I have done a flight of stairs going up twice more.
Another challenge conquered!
ReplyDeleteGood for you! You're a brave man indeed.
ReplyDeleteBelieve me when I say we (your friends and followers) are all VERY proud to hear that news and proud of how hard you are working.
ReplyDeleteYour momentum of balance is always forward, so being injured and a problem with balance it is always more difficult to go down a flight of stairs, or an incline. I have suffered with MS for 30 years now and my balance is not the best and I have that problem of down. I use a cane for the most part, but if I am experiencing vertigo I use my walker, General Lee... I had it painted orange and had 01 plaques mounted.
ReplyDeleteIt is hard to take the quick way up. It is hard on you if you take the quick way down. After a certain number in life humans lose their ability to bounce. At that point you better think about one of those chairs that drive you up the wall... Careful BW
