Great rendition of this folk song and I love the video! I was steeped in traditional Scottish folk songs when I was a teenager and I love them still. The phrase and concept of "a high road" and "a low road" to the same place were still commonly used in Manitoba when I was growing up, thanks no doubt to Scottish settlers. Two that leap to mind right now are "the low road to Shilo" and "the low road to Headingley."
Not the same Bonnie Banks I went to school with. She couldn't sing.
