Ever since landing in the hospital I became overly reliant on my iPad. I use it for practically everything. I am having some issues and I may need to replace it after ten years. Blogging may take a hit.
My wife lost her iPad in the house fire, putting the new one together was not hard for her as it was all backed up by Apple. If it needs to be replaced, it needs to be replaced... Good luck!
If you're using Google, it could be an issue with them. I've been having problems after they did two updates in short order which makes me think there was some sort of glitch with the first update. Just a thought!
Yes, 10 years is a long time for an iPad. Do what you have to do!
