Crow Hill School 1918 - 1942

October 31, 2015 north of Hanna, Alberta. This is a bit hard to see as it is hidden just off of a gravel road in some brush. The school marker has "Crow Hill School" in outlined letters instead of solid lettering which makes it even harder to see. If you did not know it was there you would likely drive right past it.

The sign says it was in operation from 1918 to 1942.

This is the back of the school. The front wall is still standing, everything else collapsed. There is a depression in the ground so there might have been a basement or crawlspace underneath. From the road it looks like there is a whole building still standing.
