You're going to have some pretty spectacular scars! I would imagine you'll set off all sorts of alarms if you are in an airport when this is all sorted out.
ooooh ouch Ouch OUCH! When you said screws and plates and rods, somehow having external hardware didn't enter my mind. I hope the outside bits can be removed soon. What a pain (in so many ways!) to deal with.
I remember lying there and from time to time thinking to myself, that’s really going to hurt when they pull it off/out… never felt a thing. Good news on the move.
