Spotted today in Leduc, Alberta

A large chunk of my day was spent being questioned by the insurance company’s lawyer in my bodily injury suit. Spotted this on my way home while stopping to pick up food.

  1. Beautiful Old Truck. Very Distinctive Grill, but I cannot name it. Looking at the Plate it is a 1936 or older truck.

  2. 1936 GMC with aftermarket add ons.

  3. No matter how rough a shape it's in, clearly it's still running and getting around town. There's a metaphor in there somewhere, I just know it.

I hope the Discovery process encourages the insurance company to settle soon and for a large sum.

  4. Looks like it must still be in running order because it appears as though it's in a parking lot.
You must have felt like you were going through the inquisition after all that time.

  5. I hope this was one of those not-so-good days (at least for the time in deposition) so that you could make the insurance lawyer understand why you deserve a very healthy settlement.

    1. The other side knows that they are one hundred percent at fault. There will be another assessment before an offer is made by either side.
