Recently the northern lights were putting on quite the show in Alberta.

Wow!!! Supposedly we could have seen them here but of course it was cloudy both nights.
Reminds me of a display in Minot, ND @ 1975. Half the sky was lit up from zenith to horizon in greens, pinks, blues, and yellows. It lasted four days. We'd sit up on the roof of the BOQ watching it while listening to CW McCall.
